Radiant Skin Spa is looking for a highly skilled, experienced Licensed Esthetician with 2+ years of professional hands-on experience to join our established spa in Lutz. We are looking for quality—not simply availability. Attractive Per-Facial Compensation Facial compensation is based on the regular or promotional selling price of the treatment: $69

• 89 facial → $25 $90
• 124 facial → $30 $125
• 149 facial → $35 $150+ facial → $40

Exception:

Promotional $59 facials are compensated at $20 per completed service.

Plus:

100% of your client tips +$5 for qualifying enhancements/add-ons 15% commission on retail product sales +$10 bonus for qualifying new membership sales Additional performance incentives may be available Other esthetic services—including waxing, lash lifts, tints, and brow services—have a separate per-service compensation structure. We are especially interested in candidates with strong experience performing: Customized & Signature Facials Dermaplaning Microdermabrasion Hydro Facial Treatments Oxygen Treatments Lymphatic Facial Treatments Acne & Teen Facials EMS / Lift & Sculpt Treatments LED and advanced facial enhancements Professional skincare consultations Experience with waxing, lash lift & tint, and brow services is highly preferred and provides additional earning opportunities.

Hold an active Florida license required to perform esthetic services Have 2+ years of professional esthetics experience Be highly confident performing facial treatments independently Understand different skin types, sensitivities, contraindications, and treatment protocols Demonstrate excellent technique and attention to detail Deliver consistently exceptional client experiences Be professional, dependable, punctual, and organized Maintain excellent sanitation and treatment-room standards Be comfortable educating clients about appropriate skincare, home care, enhancements, and memberships Understand the importance of rebooking, retention, and building long-term client relationships Take pride in your work and professional reputation

We offer two primary availability windows:

Day:

9:00 AM

PM Evening:

3:15 PM

• 8:15 PM We are especially interested in experienced estheticians who can offer mixed availability across both day and evening windows , as these candidates will receive priority consideration. Thursday-Sunday availability is highly valued due to client demand, although weekday opportunities Monday
• Wednesday are also available.

You do not need to be available for every shift. We are looking for dependable providers who can offer a consistent schedule that aligns with client demand. As a 1099 independent contractor, providers are scheduled around client appointments and are not expected to remain onsite when they are not booked.
