We provide an existing client base, active paid marketing, professional treatment rooms, a newly updated facial menu, retail opportunities, facial enhancements, and a growing monthly membership program designed to create multiple earning opportunities for our providers.

Compensation Starting at $30+ per completed facial , based on experience, qualifications, service and technical capability 100% of client tips 10% commission on retail products personally sold $5 per eligible paid add-on performed $5 per new Radiant Glow Membership personally generated $50 minimum guaranteed compensation for each mutually agreed shift The $50 guarantee is a minimum earnings floor for the agreed shift. If your facial-service earnings exceed $50, you receive the higher earned service amount instead. Tips and eligible retail, add-on, and membership incentives are additional. For example, if no clients are booked during the agreed shift, you still receive $50 . Higher per-facial compensation may be offered to experienced providers based on background, service capabilities, and qualifications. Flexible Availability Our primary coverage opportunities are:

PM Evening:

3:15 PM-8:15 PM Availability and coverage are discussed case by case and mutually agreed upon . We are especially interested in providers who can offer a reliable mix of morning, evening, and/or weekend availability. Independent contractors may accept or decline available coverage opportunities, and no minimum number of shifts is guaranteed. Why Radiant Skin Spa? Providers have multiple ways to increase earnings through facial services, tips, retail sales, enhancements, and memberships while building repeat clientele. Our goal is to create a professional environment where providers can focus on delivering excellent skincare services while having a more predictable earning opportunity than a traditional commission-only contractor model. Who We're Looking For We are seeking a provider with an active Florida license or registration appropriate for facial services, strong skincare and facial knowledge, excellent client communication, professional sanitation practices, and the ability to independently provide services within their licensed scope. Candidates should be comfortable educating clients about appropriate skincare, enhancements, home-care products, and treatment recommendations without high-pressure selling. Contractors must maintain any required professional licensing and appropriate professional liability coverage and complete applicable independent-contractor documentation, including Form W-9. Independent Contractor Relationship This opportunity is intended as an independent-contractor arrangement . Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, applicable licensing and insurance, and may provide services to other businesses or maintain other professional activities. Contractors provide their availability, mutually agree to accepted shifts, and retain independent professional judgment regarding how licensed services are performed, subject to applicable health, sanitation, safety, and legal requirements.
