Licensed Massage Therapist (1099) - High Earnings up to 55% | Radiant Skin Spa (Lutz, FL) + Bi-weekly Gas Stipend Join a growing luxury, results-driven spa focused on high-quality client experiences and long-term growth. Radiant Skin Spa is seeking a motivated, skilled Licensed Massage Therapist ready to build their clientele in a supportive, high-end environment.

Compensation & Perks Commission:

40%-55% + 100% tips Tied to ( Rebooking rate, Client retention, and modalties offerings along with experience, and Add-ons / retail performance) +$10 earned on each add-on service performed 15% commission on retail product sales Bi-weekly Gas Stipend All supplies, equipment, marketing, and booking provided Strong growth opportunity with increasing client flow Flexible schedule (evenings & weekends preferred) 6 - 7 Hours shifts with 15 minutes between sessions What You'll Do Deliver high-quality, customized massage treatments Educate clients and recommend add-ons & retail products Focus on client retention, rebooking, and overall experience Maintain professionalism and a clean, welcoming environment Preferred Modalities Deep Tissue Swedish Lymphatic Drainage Cupping Therapy Hot Stone Customized therapeutic treatments (or willingness to learn and grow) What We're Looking For Active Florida Massage Therapy License Strong hands-on skills and client-focused mindset Reliable, professional, and growth-oriented Open availability for evenings and weekends
