Job Description Chace Wellness, a growing wellness and aesthetics practice located within a prestigious dental office in Melbourne, Florida, is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Esthetician / Aesthetic & BTL Specialist to join our team. We are looking for someone with an established clientele who is ready to grow their business in a beautiful, professional environment without the expense of maintaining their own treatment space. This is a commission-based opportunity with multiple income streams. In addition to earning commission on your esthetic services, you will have the opportunity to earn additional commission through our advanced BTL aesthetic and wellness device treatments. • Perform professional esthetic and skincare services
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through treatment
• Educate clients on skincare, treatment options, and recommended treatment plans
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Introduce appropriate clients to BTL aesthetic and wellness services
• Learn our BTL technology and become a knowledgeable in-office BTL Guru
• Help promote services, specials, events, and new treatment offerings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room
• Work collaboratively with the Chace Wellness team to grow the aesthetics division
• Follow up with clients and encourage long-term treatment and skincare plans Qualifications
• Active Florida Esthetician License required
• Established clientele required
• Previous professional esthetics/skincare experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable educating clients and recommending services
• Sales-minded and motivated by commission-based earning potential
• Professional, polished, reliable, and personable
• Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and emerging technology
• Comfortable promoting yourself and your services
• Interested in a long-term position and growing with the practice Previous BTL device experience is a plus but not required.

We are willing to invest in the right person who is motivated to learn and become our in-office BTL expert. Compensation Commission-based compensation with significant earning potential.
