Part-Time (with opportunity for growth) About Us Nex Med Aesthetics is a modern, mother-daughter owned medical aesthetics practice dedicated to providing personalized, results-driven treatments in a welcoming and professional environment. We are looking for a passionate, motivated Laser Technician/Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. Position Overview We're currently hiring for one scheduled day per week to start. This initial schedule allows us to provide thorough training, ensure we're the right fit for one another, and gradually build your schedule as our client base grows.

Please note:

This position begins with one scheduled day per week during the training and onboarding period. Additional days will be offered as client demand increases and based on performance, reliability, and overall fit within the practice. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic and laser treatments within your scope of practice. Conduct thorough client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans. Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate and detailed treatment documentation. Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming client experience. Recommend skincare products and treatment plans when appropriate. Work collaboratively with our team while maintaining a positive, professional attitude. Qualifications Active Florida Esthetician License required. Active Florida Electrolysis License required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Eager to learn, accept feedback, and grow with the practice. $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
