Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and laser treatments with precision and professionalism. Apply permanent makeup techniques such as lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and tattooing to enhance clients' features. Conduct aesthetic procedures like skin rejuvenation, dermabrasion, and eyelash extension application while adhering to safety standards. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control protocols in accordance with tattooing and piercing safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, provide skincare advice, and explain treatment options clearly. Manage client records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and ensure all medical records are up-to-date and confidential. Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic treatments to support clients' ongoing skin health goals. Skills Proven experience in esthetic treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and laser therapy. Expertise in permanent makeup procedures including lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and tattooing with a strong understanding of color theory and anatomy knowledge. Knowledge of tattooing and piercing safety regulations along with strict sanitation practices to ensure client safety. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Familiarity with EMR systems for managing medical records efficiently. Ability to perform makeup applications for various occasions confidently. Knowledge of skin anatomy, infection control protocols, esthetic laser treatments, hair threading, and other aesthetic treatments to deliver comprehensive care.
