This position focuses on facials, skin analysis, customized skincare plans, and professional product recommendations. Laser hair removal or CME credentials are not required but a plus. The ideal candidate combines excellent treatment skills with the ability to educate clients, build trust, and develop long-term relationships. We're looking for someone who takes pride in providing a polished, personalized experience and helping clients achieve healthier, more confident skin. Responsibilities Perform customized facials based on each client's skin type, concerns, and goals Conduct thorough skin consultations Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans Perform exfoliation, superficial chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other treatments permitted within your Florida-licensed scope of practice Educate clients about professional skincare and effective home-care routines Recommend PCA, Obagi and other Skin products based on individual client needs Document treatments, client progress, and product recommendations Maintain clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment rooms Follow all sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures Encourage appropriate rebooking and long-term treatment plans Help create an exceptional experience that encourages client retention and referrals Participate in product education and professional training Qualifications Active Florida Facial Specialist, Full Specialist, or Cosmetology credential in good standing At least one year of hands-on facial or skincare-treatment experience preferred Strong understanding of skin types, common skin concerns, and skincare ingredients Confident performing consultations and recommending home-care products Excellent communication and customer-service skills Professional, dependable, and attentive to detail Comfortable building client relationships and encouraging rebooking PCA Skin experience preferred but not required; training may be provided Chemical peel and dermaplaning experience preferred Med-spa, dermatology, or luxury-spa experience is a plus Schedule Part-time - Monday's and Friday's Approximately two consistent weekdays per week with growth opportunity Available hours fall between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Friday hours end at approximately 2:00 p.m. In-person position in Oakland Park The exact weekly schedule will be discussed during the interview. Compensation Guaranteed base pay of $25-30 per hour, plus service commission, retail commission, and tips. Experienced providers with a well-booked schedule may earn approximately $300-$500 per day in total compensation , including base pay, commissions, and tips.
