Located in Middleburg, Fl + near Orange Park, Oakleaf Towncenter & Eagle Landing, Aurspa is a modern, high-end med spa and day spa offering a complete menu of rejuvenating services—from advanced skincare and laser treatments to facials, massage, waxing, injectables, and weight loss solutions. Our med spa services include Botox, dermal fillers, lasers, microneedling and medical weight loss programs.

Job Summary:

Aurspa, a premier Med Spa + Day Spa , is seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is results-driven, passionate about advanced skincare, and confident in creating customized treatment plans for clients. This position is part-time and requires evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities:

Perform advanced facial treatments including Hydrafacial, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, and Laser services Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and recommend appropriate services and home-care products Confidently sell skincare products, packages, and memberships to support client goals and spa growth Maintain knowledge of ZO Skin Health products and other medical-grade skincare lines (preferred) Collaborate effectively with the Nurse Practitioner and other team members, while also thriving in solo treatment settings Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment Deliver a high level of customer service aligned with Aurspa's luxury brand experience

Requirements:

Current Florida Aesthetician License (Required) Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a med spa or dermatology setting Proficient in Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, and chemical peel techniques Experience with microneedling and lasers strongly preferred Proven ability to meet sales goals and maintain strong client retention Availability for evening and weekend shifts
