Engage with clients through excellent customer service and clear communication to understand their goals and recommend suitable treatments. Experience Proven experience working as an Esthetician or in the beauty industry with a strong knowledge of skincare techniques and aesthetic treatments. Familiarity with salon software systems such as

MINDBODY

for appointment booking and client management. Hands-on experience performing facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, waxing (including body waxing), laser hair removal, and other esthetic laser treatments. Knowledge of sanitation procedures, safety protocols, and state licensing requirements for cosmetology or esthetics. Ability to perform skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare routines or treatments based on individual needs. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients about their aesthetic goals.
