Duties Perform a variety of aesthetic laser treatments including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, microdermabrasion, and dermabrasion procedures with precision and care. Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations for outcomes. Maintain strict sanitation and safety procedures in accordance with industry standards to ensure client safety and comfort. Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and product recommendations to maximize results. Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms, ensuring efficient flow of client sessions. Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client progress, and follow-up plans to ensure continuity of care. Requirements Proven experience working in the beauty industry, particularly with esthetic laser treatments, facials, waxing services, or other aesthetic procedures. Knowledge of skincare principles, chemical peels, makeup application, nail care, and body waxing techniques. Strong understanding of sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe treatment environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetician practices is preferred; additional training in laser technology is highly desirable. Ability to perform multiple treatments such as tinting services, hair threading, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and laser hair removal confidently.
