Job Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and aesthetic services that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in various esthetic treatments, combined with excellent client communication skills, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and skin rejuvenation procedures. Administer specialized services such as microblading Ensure all procedures adhere to safety regulations, infection control standards, and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe environment. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic treatments tailored to their individual needs. Maintain detailed medical records and client histories using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to ensure accurate documentation. Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic treatments to support clients' ongoing beauty routines. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques like eyelid tattooing or esthetic laser treatments, and ongoing certification requirements. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices. Proven experience in performing esthetic treatments such as facials. Skilled in advanced procedures including microblading, dermabrasion, and laser treatments preferred. Strong understanding of color theory, anatomy relevant to skin health, infection control practices, and sanitation standards. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate and build rapport with diverse clientele. Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently for record keeping and appointment scheduling. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
