The Role We're seeking a part-time, licensed aesthetician to perform body contouring treatments using our new T-Shape 2 device, along with supporting other body sculpting and wellness services (including EmSculpt and Glypto). This is a great opportunity to join a growing wellness brand and get in on the ground floor of a new device launch. Responsibilities Perform T-Shape 2 body contouring treatments per manufacturer and company protocols Conduct engaging client consultations, assess treatment areas, and confidently recommend the right package for each client's goals Actively sell packages, memberships, and add-on services — hitting or exceeding personal sales targets Build genuine rapport with clients to drive rebooking and referrals Maintain detailed treatment records and track client progress Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards Educate clients on treatment benefits, aftercare, and package options Assist with occasional EmSculpt/Glypto sessions as needed Qualifications Active Florida aesthetician license in good standing Outgoing, high-energy personality — you genuinely enjoy talking to people and making them feel comfortable Proven sales ability or strong natural sales instincts; comfortable discussing pricing and closing packages Experience with body contouring/sculpting devices preferred (training on T-Shape 2 provided) Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Availability to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings/weekends Why Join Us Be part of a brand-new device launch with hands-on training Competitive hourly pay plus commission/bonus opportunities on packages — the more you sell, the more you earn Supportive, growth-oriented team environment Employee discounts on services About Us iCRYO Plantation is a premier wellness and recovery center offering whole body cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression therapy, IV infusions, hyperbaric chamber, and body sculpting services. Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
