Required Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of professional hands-on experience providing facial and skincare treatments Active Florida Esthetician license or other credential legally required for the services being performed Demonstrated experience performing professional facial treatments Strong knowledge of skincare products, skin types, contraindications, and treatment protocols Excellent hands-on technique and attention to detail Experience working with an upscale, medical aesthetics, or med-spa clientele preferred Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills Excellent customer service and ability to create a polished, personalized client experience Ability to confidently assess the client's skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products within the scope of practice Strong sanitation, infection-control, and treatment-room practices Reliable, punctual, organized, and professional Comfortable working independently as a 1099 Independent Contractor

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Candidates with experience in the following areas are strongly preferred: Medical-grade facials Advanced facial treatments Chemical peels Dermaplaning Exfoliation treatments Acne and corrective skincare Anti-aging and skin-rejuvenation treatments LED/light-based skincare treatments Microneedling experience, where appropriately licensed and authorized Working alongside physicians, PAs, nurses, or other medical aesthetics professionals
