We are a female-founded, award-winning spa and skincare brand rooted in clean, effective, esthetician-developed products and personalized facial treatments. We're expanding and we're looking for passionate, client-centered estheticians to grow with us. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, skin analysis, and body treatments. Maintain accurate client records. Educate clients on skincare products and post-treatment care. Uphold cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and workspaces. You're a licensed esthetician who truly cares . You love making clients feel seen, heard, and radiant. You understand the power of a well-crafted facial, and you're excited about clean, effective facials and skincare. You're collaborative, growth-minded, and eager to be part of a team that values connection over competition. Qualifications Valid esthetician license. Dermaplaning experience is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
