Job Description
Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA) St. Augustine, FL Part-Time (with opportunity to grow into Full-Time) $60-$70/hour + Performance-Based Bonuses About Us We are a fast-growing medical aesthetics and wellness spa dedicated to delivering treatments in a professional and welcoming environment. We are passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. We are currently seeking an experienced, confident, and team-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong passion for aesthetics and natural-looking results. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox®, etc.) and dermal fillers Conduct detailed patient consultations and create customized treatment plans focused on facial balancing and natural-looking outcomes Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, aftercare, and maintenance plans Build strong patient relationships through exceptional care, communication, and follow-up Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to all clinical safety standards and protocols Collaborate with the team to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction Perform RF microneedling treatments as needed (will train) Qualifications Active Florida NP or PA license required Minimum of 1 year experience performing cosmetic injectables Strong hands-on experience with: Neurotoxins Dermal fillers Excellent consultation, communication, and patient education skills Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced aesthetic environment Professional, personable, and team-oriented attitude Availability to work some Saturdays preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $60-$70/hour Performance-based bonuses and earning potential Flexible part-time schedule with opportunity for full-time growth Supportive and collaborative work culture Opportunity to work with a respected wellness and aesthetics practice Ideal opportunity for providers with future goals of practice ownership Why Join Us?
