HAVE A PICK UP TRUCK

Great pay for reliable person who can work outdoors and handle the physical demands. Straightforward position. Arrive on the property at 7 PM EST. each night, collect bagged trash/broken down boxes from the doors of residents, transport to on site compactor. Manage all pet waste stations and trash cans in common area. A great workout and pay. Growing company in the area and more money is to be made based of performance. Looking to hire the right individual this week. -

Requirements:

1. Must have a open bed pickup truck - 2. Must have a Smartphone 3. Must be available each night starting at 7 PM until you are done. 4. Valid driver's license 5. Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, and walk distances

Starting at 7:00 PM 10-15 hours per week
