Responsibilities Provide a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and laser treatments with precision and care Perform specialized cosmetic procedures such as lip blush tattooing, microblading, eyeliner pigment application, and permanent makeup to enhance clients' natural beauty Ensure all tattooing, piercing, and aesthetic services comply with safety regulations and infection control protocols Maintain detailed medical records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and ensure client confidentiality at all times Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results Uphold strict sanitation standards by cleaning tools and treatment areas thoroughly between appointments Stay current with industry trends, new techniques like makeup application and hair threading, and advances in esthetic laser technology to provide innovative services Skills Proven experience in esthetic treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and laser procedures Expertise in tattooing techniques including lip blush, microblading, eyeliner pigment application, and permanent makeup artistry Strong knowledge of tattooing safety regulations, infection control practices, and sanitation procedures Excellent client communication skills to understand needs and deliver personalized consultations Ability to educate clients on skincare products and treatments confidently Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping and appointment scheduling Knowledge of color theory and anatomy relevant to aesthetic procedures for optimal results Sales skills to recommend products or additional treatments that meet client needs This role offers a fulfilling career path for licensed professionals eager to make a positive impact through artistry and exceptional service.
