This is a great opportunity for an established or growing beauty professional who wants the privacy and professional atmosphere of their own suite without taking on the cost of a full-time suite rental. What I'm offering Private salon suite in a professional environment Use of the suite approx. 1-3 days per week on my days off (with room for more if I'm out of town, but can discuss more) Shared suite rent of $250/week, with your portion based on the number of days you use the space Commission split on services performed A clean, welcoming environment Opportunity to build your clientele while keeping your overhead lower than renting a full-time suite. Duties Perform a variety of esthetic services such as waxing (body waxing, facial waxing), Lash Lifts, and brow laminations and tints Maintain strict sanitation procedures and adhere to health and safety standards to ensure client safety and comfort Use salon software systems like Square to schedule appointments, process sales, and manage client notes efficiently Educate clients on product usage, and pre & post-treatment care to promote healthy skin, lashes and brows Keeping suite clean between clients and at end of day Requirements Valid & CURRENT license as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist with experience working in the beauty industry Experience performing waxing services (body waxing), lash lifts and brow laminations with attention to sanitation procedures Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Understanding of sanitation standards and safety protocols required for esthetic treatments Ability to see multiple clients a day confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Passion for continuing education in trends and new treatment techniques Schedule & Arraingement The available days will be days I am not normally working in the suite, which is approx. 2-3 days per week on a normal week. Because this is a shared suite arrangement, we'll work together to establish a consistent schedule, and cross-referencing vacations to ensure it works for both of us. Weekly suite cost is $250, divided based on the number of days you use the space, plus a commission split on services. Additional days may occasionally be available by mutual agreement, including vacations or time away. Any additional days you want to pick up, would be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
