As a licensed professional, you will utilize your skills to perform a variety of treatments, educate clients on skincare routines, and promote retail products that complement their treatments. Duties Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels and laser skin therapies with precision and care. Deliver other skin rejuvenation procedures. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients professionally, understanding their needs, and creating personalized treatment plans. Promote retail sales of skincare products by explaining benefits and recommending suitable options based on individual skin types. Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and technological advancements in aesthetic laser treatments and skincare techniques. Skills Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and laser therapies. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. Ability to educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and treatment benefits confidently. Sales skills to promote retail products naturally within the treatment process while maintaining client trust. Effective communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration in a fast-paced setting.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:

  Minimum of 2 years in a spa or medical setting

• License:

  Active aesthetician license in Florida

• Skills:

  Proficient in laser treatments, facials, micro-needling, laser treatments
