Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and talented Licensed Aesthetician to join our dynamic skincare and wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments and personalized skincare solutions that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in various skincare modalities, combined with your dedication to customer satisfaction, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Duties Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions to meet individual client needs. Provide spa services such as body waxing, hair removal, deep tissue massage, and makeup application to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to promote healthy skin habits. Conduct product demos and promote retail products to enhance client results and satisfaction. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning and sterilizing equipment and treatment areas after each service. Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options, expectations, and aftercare instructions to ensure a positive experience. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Aesthetician or Cosmetologist with specialization in skincare treatments. Proven experience in performing facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, waxing services (including body waxing), eyelash extensions, and other aesthetic treatments. Strong knowledge of skincare products, esthetic laser treatments, and advanced skin care techniques such as chemical peels and dermabrasion. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. Ability to perform multiple treatments efficiently while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety. Knowledge of retail sales strategies and product demonstrations to support client needs beyond the treatment room. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform detailed procedures comfortably.
