A Facial Specialist or Cosmetology license, willing to learn new techniques. A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor. Flexible Availability during the Morning, Afternoon/Early Evening, and Weekends. Willingness to perform full body waxing for all genders . Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment. Ability to receive and implement feedback. Sales experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Providing waxing services to all guests for prolonged periods of time while standing. Educating guests about skincare and the benefits of waxing. Demonstrating EWC products and explaining the benefits of a home regimen routine. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Collaborating as a team to reach daily and monthly sales goals. A professional appearance at all times. A strong desire to work with others and engage new associates with energy and enthusiasm for EWC. Full understanding of the EWC values, vision and strategy. Maintaining cleanliness within the wax suite and center. Retaining guests and providing an exceptional guest experience.
