In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments and skincare services that enhance our clients' natural beauty and boost their confidence. Your expertise in advanced skin care techniques, combined with your commitment to client satisfaction, will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered, rejuvenated, and valued. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your esthetic skills in a thriving medical spa setting while providing personalized care that makes a real difference. Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs. Administer spa services with professionalism, ensuring client comfort and safety throughout each treatment. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to support their ongoing skin health. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatment areas following health regulations and spa protocols. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and provide personalized treatment plans. Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and making product applications when appropriate. Document treatments accurately in the patient's chart Recommend and promote skincare products, memberships, and treatment packages Work closely with the provider to help grow the aesthetics department Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Certified or Licensed Esthetician with experience in medical spa environments preferred. Proficiency in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser treatments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients. Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all aesthetic procedures. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills for client consultations and product education.
