Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and body sculpting Provide expert skincare consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments and products. . Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols and ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized. Upsell retail products and treatment packages to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue. Assist with front desk responsibilities including guest services, check-in/check-out procedures, and managing client records. . Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive guest experience while supporting overall salon operations. Requiremen ts Proven experience in esthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, body sculpting Strong management skills to coordinate appointments and oversee treatment areas effectively. Esthetician license in accordance with state regulations Excellent communication skills to educate clients about skincare routines and treatment options confidently. Knowledge of sanitation standards specific to esthetic practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Ability to perform retail sales through product demos and upselling strategies that enhance client satisfaction.
