Responsibilities Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to address diverse skin concerns. Conduct body waxing. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their needs. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all clients. Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, documenting treatments and client preferences meticulously. Assist in sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and packages to meet client goals. Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques, color theory principles for makeup artistry, and industry trends to provide innovative services. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients and understand their individual needs. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices essential for maintaining a safe workspace. Certified in cosmetology with specialized training in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, or tattooing preferred. Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient record keeping and appointment management. Experience in hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to diversify service offerings. Understanding of skin anatomy, color theory for makeup artistry, and esthetic laser technology to deliver expert treatments.
