Responsibilities Administer cosmetic injections such as botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and adherence to safety protocols Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including esthetic PDO Threads lift, chemical peels, Agnes RF Provide comprehensive client consultations to assess needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations Maintain impeccable sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized before and after procedures Manage client communication effectively through active listening, education, and personalized recommendations Engage in social media management by promoting services, sharing before-and-after results, and building an online community of satisfied clients Experience Proven experience working in the beauty or medical spa industry with a focus on aesthetic treatments and injection administration Certification or licensing in nursing, specialized training in botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and manage guest services seamlessly Experience in retail sales techniques including upselling product demos and skincare consultations to enhance client satisfaction and clinic revenue Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment that emphasizes hospitality standards and professional development in cosmetic procedures We own an established and growing Medspa serving Orlando, Winter Springs, Oviedo Fl area and we are looking to connect with a Nurse Practitioner specializing in cosmetics procedures who is excited about the possibility of creating a partnership with our clinic We are looking for someone who already has the appropriate medical training and experience in place and is looking for a meaningful partnership, This is an opportunity to combine strengths, ideas, and expertise within an established spa environment with a loyal client base and strong growth potential.
