In this role, you will deliver advanced body contouring, Cellulite, Fat-Loss treatments,Using a Italian Made Luxury Laser machine, provide exceptional skincare services, and create a welcoming environment for clients seeking aesthetic enhancements. Your expertise will help clients achieve their beauty goals through personalized consultations and professional treatment execution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical skill with outstanding customer service, ensuring each client leaves feeling confident and satisfied. Responsibilities Perform body contouring procedures using state-of-the-art laser and non-invasive technology, ensuring safety and efficacy.. Conduct skin analysis and provide tailored recommendations for skincare routines and product demos to optimize results. Maintain strict sanitation and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff. Engage with clients through effective communication skills, explaining treatment options clearly and answering questions confidently. Assist with retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and treatment packages to meet client needs. Support team efforts by participating in promotional events, product demos, and ongoing training sessions to stay current with industry trends. Experience Proven experience as an esthetician or body contouring specialist with a strong background in customer service Hands-on experience with esthetic treatments, Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within a spa or clinical setting. Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and foster long-term relationships. Ability to perform multiple services such as microdermabrasion, and product demos confidently. Prior experience in retail sales of skincare or beauty products is preferred but not required.
