Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Experienced Aesthetician to join our dynamic Board Certified Dermatologist lead private practice. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments that deliver results! Your expertise in medical grade skincare, and advanced aesthetic procedures will result in an exceptional patient experience where the patient is informed, and cared for. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with expert dermatologists and PA's to utilize your skills while providing personalized consultations and building lasting patient relationships. Duties Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micro-needling to address individual skin concerns. Educate patients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results. Assist in retail sales by recommending results driven medical grade skincare products. Communicate clearly with patients to understand their goals, explain treatment options, and ensure a positive experience from consultation to follow-up. Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and technological advancements in aesthetic procedures to continually improve service quality. Skills Extensive knowledge of medical grade skincare products, treatments, and esthetic techniques including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micro-needling. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse patients. Ability to educate patients on medical grade skincare routines, product use, and treatment benefits confidently. Experience in retail sales of medical grade skincare products Excellent communication skills for patient consultation and team collaboration. Demonstrated ability to perform aesthetic treatments professionally while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
