Job Description

Job Description Job Description Practice Local Med Spa and Wellness Center Location Midtown Atlanta, GA (On-Site) Schedule Full-Time 5-Day Week Min. 2 Saturdays/Month (Weekday Off Those Weeks) Compensation $23-$25/hr base + tiered service commission (6%-12%) + tips Employment Full-Time W2 On-Site A base at the top of the Atlanta market, commission that climbs with your production, and a patient base that wants treatment plans, not one-off facials. Proven producers have a credible path past six figures. A growing Midtown Atlanta medical spa is hiring a full-time licensed esthetician, working alongside injectors, wellness providers, and a patient care team under physician-led medical oversight. This is a patient-service and revenue-producing role, not a treatment-only position: it is built for someone who takes ownership of results, supports the team, and builds a book. What You Will Do Perform advanced facials, hydradermabrasion treatments, microneedling, and Morpheus8 RF microneedling, with energy-based services delivered under required Georgia supervision arrangements and your own qualifying license. Build comprehensive, goals-based treatment plans and rebook patients before they leave, rather than selling isolated services. Recommend home-care products and complementary services, and complete 20-30 documented outbound patient follow-ups on days you are not fully booked. Produce professional social media content and represent the practice at community events and vendor partnerships. Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, clinical documentation, and safety protocols to medical-practice standards. How Success Is Measured Consistent patient rebooking and retention. Healthy retail attachment alongside your service revenue. Growing treatment-room utilization and treatment-plan recommendations month over month. Requirements Required Active Georgia esthetician license in good standing (Georgia State Board of Cosmetology and Barbers). Minimum 3 years of hands-on, paid-client professional aesthetic experience. Solid, verifiable hands-on experience with hydradermabrasion systems, microneedling, and Morpheus8/InMode RF microneedling, with appropriate training for every energy-based device you perform. This location owns a Morpheus8; an active Georgia Assistant Cosmetic Laser Practitioner (ALP) license is a strong asset, and the practice will support obtaining it after start. Strong consultation, treatment-planning, rebooking, and retail-sales ability, with verifiable prior production, rebooking, and retail results. An active, professional Instagram or social media presence, plus strong professional references. Able to reliably commute to Midtown Atlanta (approximately 30 minutes or less) with dependable transportation. You Will Thrive Here If You want your production to drive your pay, not just your hours. You would rather build a treatment plan and a repeat patient than run one-off services. You bring a local Atlanta following, growth-factor and peptide protocol experience, or advanced device certifications. Benefits Compensation $23-$25 per hour base plus monthly service commission on your personally performed, net collected revenue, escalating in tiers as production grows, with retail commission and tips on top. Full tier detail is shared during interviews. A steady mid-tier producer can expect roughly $65,000-$85,000 annually before retail and tips; top producers have a credible path past $100,000, tied directly to production. Final interviews with the employer are expected to include practical exercises (a treatment-plan sales role-play, a mock outbound call to an inactive patient, an upset-patient service scenario, a review-request demonstration, a technical consultation, and a portfolio and before-and-after review), verification of licenses, references, employment history, and past production.
