Licensed Esthetician / Waxing Specialist Bee's Waxing & Sugaring Studio Bee's Waxing & Sugaring Studio is looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Waxing Specialist to join our team! We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with our studio. We are open to full-time or part-time availability, depending on the right candidate. What We're Looking For Previous professional waxing experience is required Must hold a valid Georgia Esthetician or Cosmetology license Experience with Brazilian, bikini, underarm, facial, and body waxing is a plus Sugaring experience is not required — we are happy to train the right person in our signature sugaring technique Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely a people person Comfortable communicating with clients and creating a welcoming experience Able to educate clients on proper aftercare and skincare Reliable, responsible, and punctual Must have reliable transportation and be able to get to work on time Works well independently and as part of a team Willing to learn and follow Bee's Waxing & Sugaring Studio's techniques, standards, and protocols Professional appearance and attitude Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Someone who values teamwork and is willing to support their coworkers and clients Compensation Commission-based position Earn commission on services performed Keep your client tips Opportunities to increase your income as you build your clientele Compensation details will be discussed during the interview What We Offer Full-time or part-time opportunities Training in our sugaring technique A supportive and team-oriented environment Opportunity to grow with an established waxing & sugaring studio A clientele-focused atmosphere where quality and customer service come first Please note: This is a commission-based position and does not include employee benefits.
