We are seeking a licensed esthetician who is reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within a structured, high-performance environment. This role is well-suited for entry to mid-level estheticians looking to build advanced skills through hands-on experience and consistent treatment execution. Core Responsibilities Primarily administer roller massage treatments for lymphatic drainage and body sculpting Perform luxury facial treatments, body contouring treatments following established protocols Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness and operational standards Follow defined service workflows to ensure consistency and quality of treatment delivery Client Experience Standard Provide a professional, consistent, and detail-oriented service experience Support a wellness-first environment centered on skin health and barrier restoration Contribute to a setting focused on routine, structure, and long-term client care Growth & Training Structured onboarding with training in Lazuk Esthetics service protocols Ongoing development in advanced treatments and device-based services Opportunity to expand into laser hair removal and additional service offerings Growth potential within a scaling, multi-location brand Compensation Structure Hourly pay (1099 contractor model) Performance-based incentives after training, including: Commission on esthetic services Commission on retail skincare (Dr. Lazuk Cosmetics® line) Earnings scale with consistency, performance, and contribution to overall service volume Ideal Candidate Profile Active Georgia Esthetician License Foundational experience in spa services Demonstrates a white-glove service mindset with strong attention to detail and presentation Understands the importance of delivering an elevated, consistent client experience at every touchpoint Professional, polished, and aligned with a high-standard, luxury service environment Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working within structured protocols Motivated to grow within a wellness-focused, results-driven setting Culture & Environment High-accountability, growth-oriented team player Emphasis on consistency, precision, and treatment quality Supportive training environment with clear expectations Early-stage opportunity within a growing brand
