Licensed Esthetician & Laser Practitioner Rome, GA About the Position Rome Spine & Wellness is seeking a motivated, professional, and personable Licensed Esthetician with Cosmetic Laser Certification to join our growing wellness and aesthetics team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare, aesthetics, patient care, and helping clients feel confident and their best. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a clinical wellness environment, and able to provide an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment. Responsibilities Perform cosmetic aesthetic and skincare treatments within your scope of practice Perform approved laser and light-based aesthetic treatments Conduct thorough client consultations and treatment assessments Educate patients on skincare, treatments, pre-care, and post-care Maintain accurate patient treatment records Follow all safety, sanitation, infection-control, and laser safety protocols Properly operate and maintain aesthetic and laser equipment Monitor patients during treatments and recognize potential adverse reactions Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment plans Assist with growing the aesthetics side of the practice Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term patient relationships Maintain a clean, organized, professional treatment environment Work closely with the providers and wellness team Qualifications Active Georgia Esthetician License required Georgia Cosmetic Laser Practitioner license/eligibility required Current laser training/certifications required Experience with cosmetic lasers, IPL, or other aesthetic devices preferred Knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, and aesthetic procedures Excellent communication and customer-service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a medical/wellness environment Previous medical spa, dermatology, aesthetics, or wellness experience preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Opportunity for commission/bonus potential Growing aesthetics and wellness practice Professional and supportive work environment Opportunity to build a loyal patient clientele Training and continued professional development Opportunity for growth within the practice Schedule Part-time - Schedule to be discussed To Apply Please submit your resume along with your current Georgia esthetician license and laser certifications.
