Duties Perform esthetic services including lash & brow lamination, eyelash extensions, lash lift & tint, face waxing, and basic makeup application. Provide simple mani-pedi services with foundational nail care knowledge. Deliver exceptional client experiences with professionalism and consistency. Maintain sanitation standards and follow Iowa licensing regulations. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, luxury salon environment.
