Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products, conducting product demos, and upselling treatments to meet client needs. Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Utilize salon management software like Millennium and

for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Engage in social media management to promote services, share client success stories, and attract new guests through active online presence. Assist at the front desk with guest check-ins, appointment confirmations, and answering inquiries promptly. Support team collaboration by participating in product demos, training sessions on new treatments like botulinum toxin or dermal fillers, and staying updated on industry trends such as color theory or med spa innovations. Skills Licensed Esthetician certification with proficiency in cosmetology practices. Strong management skills with experience using salon software like Millennium or

Knowledge of advanced skin care treatments including esthetic laser procedures and dermabrasion techniques. Skilled in social media management to effectively market services and engage with clients online. Excellent customer service skills combined with outstanding communication abilities to build lasting client relationships. Expertise in sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe treatment environment. Experience with retail sales strategies including upselling products and conducting product demos. Proficiency in various beauty techniques such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, makeup application, hair styling, hair threading, barbering skills including straight razor shaves or haircuts are a plus.
