In this rewarding role, you will provide customized facial services and advanced skincare treatments while educating clients on achieving healthy, radiant skin. We are seeking a passionate, results-driven esthetician who thrives in a collaborative medical spa environment and is dedicated to delivering outstanding client experiences. Responsibilities Perform professional facial treatments customized to each client's skin type and concerns. Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans. Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend professional products and treatments to help them achieve their skincare goals. Perform advanced esthetic services, including dermaplaning, chemical peels, microchanneling, waxing, lash lifting, laser, and other treatments within your scope of practice. Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and progress documentation. Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, organized, and stocked according to state regulations and spa standards. Create a welcoming, relaxing, and professional environment that promotes client comfort and satisfaction. Collaborate with medical providers and spa staff to provide comprehensive treatment plans and exceptional patient care. Stay current on industry trends, products, and continuing education opportunities. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and Illinois state licensing requirements. Requirements Current Illinois Esthetician License in good standing. Previous experience in a medical spa or luxury spa environment preferred. Knowledge of skin physiology, common skin conditions, and corrective skincare treatments. Experience performing advanced esthetic services is preferred. Excellent consultation and communication skills with the ability to educate and build long-term client relationships. Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve healthy skin. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a busy schedule. Compensation & Benefits W-2 Employee Position Guaranteed base pay of $22/hour Earn up to 40-50% commission on services 100% of your tips No requirement to remain on-site when you do not have appointments.
