Position Responsibilities Perform customized facials and advanced skincare treatments based on individual client needs Conduct thorough consultations and develop personalized treatment plans Educate clients on skincare regimens, home care, and professional retail products Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization Provide exceptional client service and foster long-term client relationships Accurately document services and client notes Uphold the standards, policies, and brand values of Channing's Spa Services May Include Custom Facials Hydrafacial Dermaplaning Chemical Peels Sofwave Brow Shaping and Tinting Lash Tinting Microchanneling Brow Lamination Eyelash Extensions Waxing Makeup Application Qualifications Current Esthetician License State of IL Previous spa or clinical experience required Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and protocols Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent communication and client service skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:

$16.60 - $75.00 per hour
