We're looking for someone who genuinely loves what they do—someone who connects easily with clients, is confident recommending the right treatments and products, and takes pride in helping clients achieve real results with their skin. Oasis is a busy, modern facial studio with an established clientele and an incredible team. Our studios have an open-concept environment, which creates a fun, collaborative energy. Our estheticians work alongside one another, share ideas, learn from each other and feed off the energy of the team. We offer everything from customized targeted facials to more advanced clinical treatments, including Hydrafacial, Glo2Facial, Cryo and peels. We want someone who is excited to keep learning, growing and building a loyal book of clients. What We're Looking For Current Illinois esthetics license Previous professional esthetics experience strongly preferred Confident performing facials and customizing treatments based on each client's skin Warm, personable and able to build genuine client relationships Comfortable educating clients about skincare, products and treatment plans Strong rebooking and retail skills without feeling overly sales-focused Dependable, professional and punctual Positive, team-oriented attitude Someone who takes initiative and is always willing to help Availability for some evenings and weekends What You'll Do Perform customized, results-driven facial treatments Consult with clients and recommend treatments based on their skin goals Build relationships that turn first-time guests into regular clients Educate clients on home care and recommend appropriate skincare products Rebook clients and help them create treatment plans that make sense for their skin Maintain a clean, organized treatment space Stay current on Oasis protocols, products and services Collaborate with fellow estheticians and contribute to the positive energy of our open-concept studio Why Oasis?
