$175,000-$300,000+ Total Compensation Potential Lume is expanding our injectable practice in River North and is looking for an exceptional Master Aesthetic Injector to join our growing clinical team. This is not an entry-level aesthetic role. We are looking for a highly experienced RN, NP, or PA with advanced injectable skills, excellent aesthetic judgment, strong consultation ability, and a passion for creating natural, sophisticated results. The ideal candidate understands that great aesthetic medicine is not simply about Botox or filler. It is about understanding the entire face, skin quality, facial balance, collagen, movement, volume, aging patterns, and how multiple treatment modalities can work together over time. At Lume, our approach is comprehensive. We combine advanced aesthetics, wellness, and longevity under one roof, allowing our providers to create more complete treatment plans for our guests.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an injector with strong technical skills and refined aesthetic judgment.

Ideal qualifications include:

5+ years of meaningful aesthetic injectable experience preferred RN, NP, or PA licensure in Illinois Advanced neuromodulator experience Advanced dermal filler experience Strong full-face assessment skills Facial balancing experience Sculptra or biostimulator experience strongly preferred Excellent knowledge of facial anatomy Strong complication recognition and management skills Proven ability to create natural, balanced outcomes Excellent Before & After portfolio Strong guest retention Excellent communication skills Proven consultation and treatment-planning ability Ability to build long-term guest relationships Ability to recommend appropriate complementary services Strong interest in continuing education High clinical standards Professional appearance and presence Team-oriented mindset An existing following is a significant plus, but not required for the right candidate.

OUR AESTHETIC PHILOSOPHY

We do not want injectables to feel transactional. A guest should not simply come in, receive Botox, and leave without understanding what else may help them achieve their goals. Our providers are expected to think comprehensively.

COMPREHENSIVE CONSULTATIONS

Lume places a major emphasis on comprehensive consultations. Our providers develop personalized Lume Blueprints for guests that may include: Injectables Laser treatments RF treatments Collagen-stimulating treatments Facial treatments Skincare Regenerative options Wellness services Long-term maintenance plans We want providers who are comfortable evaluating the guest as a whole and clearly explaining what they recommend, why they recommend it, and what the sequencing should be.

COMPENSATION

$175,000-$300,000+ total compensation potential Compensation will depend on experience, production, schedule, and overall fit. Our structure is designed to reward strong providers who build and retain a loyal guest base. High-performing injectors should have meaningful upside.
