This dual role serves as the heart of our practice, delivering advanced skin treatments while managing front-desk operations and supporting day-to-day medspa logistics. As our clinic grows, this position offers direct potential to expand into a Full-Time role .

Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Operational Support:

Warmly greet clients upon arrival, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a seamless guest experience. Schedule appointments, maintain client charts, and handle billing using our booking platform (Boulevard training provided). Assist clients with Allē rewards and retail skincare recommendations. Handle multi-channel communications (phone calls, emails, and online inquiries). Assist with general medspa upkeep, inventory tracking, room turnover, organizing retail displays, and light operational tasks as needed.

Esthetics & Client Care:

Perform high-performance skin treatments, including HydraFacial, Sciton BBL, Moxi, SkinPen Microneedling, and XeRF Structural RF Skin Tightening . Conduct thorough skin consultations and customize long-term treatment plans tailored to client goals. Recommend medical-grade home care regimens and educate clients on optimal skin health. Maintain clean, sanitized, and fully prepped treatment spaces according to state board standards.

Qualifications & Requirements Licensure:

Active Illinois Licensed Esthetician (LE) license required.

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a practicing Esthetician in a medspa or clinical aesthetic setting.

Treatment Familiarity:

Prior experience performing HydraFacial, Microneedling, or energy-based laser/RF modalities strongly preferred.

Schedule:

Must be available every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday .

Tech Skills:

Comfortable learning scheduling/POS software (Boulevard experience is a plus, but not required).

Attributes:

Proactive, punctual, highly organized, and client-focused with a passion for retail skincare sales.

Compensation & Benefits Base Hourly Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00/hour (commensurate with experience).

Commissions:

Commission on retail skincare sales and service add-ons.
