SkinQ is a growing skincare company with five Chicagoland studio locations specializing in results-driven facials, Hydrafacial™, waxing, brow and lash services, and personalized skincare recommendations. We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and client-focused Studio Lead & Licensed Esthetician to join our Andersonville team full-time (40 hours per week). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced esthetician who enjoys both providing exceptional client care and taking an active leadership role within their studio. Our Studio Leads work behind the chair while helping ensure the studio operates successfully day to day, company standards are consistently upheld, and the team remains focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Expected compensation is $34

• 40 per hour, including hourly pay, commissions, and tips.

Serve as the day-to-day leader of our Andersonville studio while maintaining your own book of clients. Help support team accountability, studio cleanliness, schedule management, client experience, inventory, communication, and overall studio performance. Reinforce SkinQ's Proven Process and motivate the team around rebooking, retail, upgrades, client satisfaction, and long-term client relationships. To get an interview you need to have: Valid Esthetics License in the state of Illinois Proven ability to sell skincare services and retail products Strong leadership, communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills Ability to independently identify and address day-to-day studio, staffing, client, and operational needs 5+ years Facials (on-the-job experience working for an employer): performing both European and Clinical treatments; dermaplaning and chemical peel experience a major plus 5+ years Body waxing (on-the-job experience working for an employer), including Brazilians (male Brazilian experience not necessary) and eyebrow shaping Previous leadership experience preferred Expected work schedule: Sunday 10 am
