We are looking for a passionate and reliable Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys skincare and thrives in a client-facing, front desk environment. A significant portion of this position will involve front desk responsibilities, especially as you build your clientele. Schedule (Approx. 14-15 hours/week):

Tuesday:

2:00 PM•7:00

PM Wednesday:

10:00 AM•3:00

PM Friday:

10:00 AM•4:00 PM Every other

Saturday:

10:00 AM•2:00 PM (When working Saturdays, Friday shifts will be off)

Compensation:

Starting at $22/hour Tips Bonus opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skincare services such as facials and treatments Support and manage front desk operations (this is a core part of the role) Scheduling appointments Answering phones and texts Client check-in/check-out Retail recommendations and sales Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the space

Requirements:

Valid Esthetician License Spanish-speaking (required) Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable multitasking between treatment room and front desk Team player with a positive, proactive attitude About the
