Holistic Beauty and Wellness Café (HBW Café) Monee / University Park, Illinois Part-Time HBW Café is expanding our advanced aesthetics and body transformation division and is seeking experienced, client-focused Licensed Estheticians who want to grow with a modern beauty and wellness practice. This is not a traditional facial-room position. Our estheticians will work with advanced aesthetic technologies, skincare services, body treatments, and structured transformation programs.

Responsibilities The Licensed Esthetician will:

Perform approved facial, skincare, and body aesthetic treatments Operate approved aesthetic treatment equipment after completing required training and certification Follow established HBW Café treatment protocols Conduct client consultations and treatment assessments within the scope of the role Take standardized measurements and progress photographs Document treatments and client progress Prepare, sanitize, and reset treatment rooms Educate clients about treatment plans, expectations, home care, and complementary services Support multi-session treatment programs from initial visit through completion Rebook clients and help maintain treatment-plan compliance Recommend appropriate retail products and additional services Assist with promotional treatment events and introductory offers Answer incoming phone calls when needed Respond to client text messages and routine inquiries Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management Help confirm appointments and manage schedule changes Support general client-service and front-desk functions when needed Qualifications Current Illinois Esthetics License Strong client-service and communication skills Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable learning new aesthetic technologies Confident discussing services and treatment plans Comfortable recommending products and services when appropriate Able to work both independently and collaboratively Interested in advanced aesthetics, wellness, and body transformation Experience in a med spa, advanced aesthetics practice, body-contouring practice, luxury spa, plastic-surgery environment, or similar setting is preferred but not required.
