The Babe Bodega is looking for an experienced and motivated Lash Technician to join our Downtown Wheaton team! Ideal candidate has existing clients and the flexibility to accommodate The Babe Bodega's existing Lash Extension guests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform eyelash extension services to clients: including application, maintenance, and removal of eyelash extensions.
• Conduct consultations to determine client goals and expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and equipment
• Keep accurate records of client information and treatment plans
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in esthetic and lash procedures

Experience:

• 1-year active lash technician experience or equivalent required
• Must have a valid esthetician license
• Proficient in using salon software for scheduling and client management
• Proven experience in managing a diverse clientele and providing exceptional customer service
