Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, lash/brow services, spray tanning Conduct consultations to assess clients' skin conditions and recommend tailored treatment plans based on skin type, color theory, and anatomy knowledge. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results. Uphold all safety protocols related esthetic procedures to ensure client safety at all times. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician (with certification in cosmetology or related fields as a bonus). Proven experience in facials, dermaplaning, serum facials, waxing & additional skills welcomed Excellent customer service skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about their skincare options. Ability to perform hair threading, body waxing, dermabrasion techniques, lash/brow services, and other esthetic treatments confidently.
