Medical Aesthetics Specialist (Licensed Esthetician) Hush Aesthetics & Wellness | Columbus, IN Grow your career in medical aesthetics. Hush Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a passionate, polished, and patient-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our luxury medical aesthetics practice. This is not a traditional spa position. You'll work alongside experienced medical providers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on advanced skin health, exceptional patient experiences, and continued professional growth. We're looking for someone who loves skincare, enjoys building relationships with patients, takes pride in delivering outstanding service, and is excited to grow within the medical aesthetics industry. Responsibilities Perform customized facial treatments including medical facials, Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and other delegated skin treatments permitted under Indiana law. Conduct thorough skin consultations and educate patients on personalized treatment plans. Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products to support patient outcomes. Deliver an exceptional luxury patient experience from consultation through follow-up. Capture treatment photography and maintain accurate electronic documentation. Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory to the highest cleanliness standards. Follow all infection control, safety, and sanitation protocols. Assist with patient flow and daily clinic operations as needed. Participate in social media content creation, treatment videos, and marketing initiatives. Continue developing your skills through ongoing education and training. Qualifications Required Current Indiana Esthetician License Passion for skincare and helping patients feel confident. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and polished demeanor. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Evening availability. Preferred Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, facial plastics, or cosmetic practice. Experience performing Hydrafacial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and advanced facial treatments. Retail skincare sales experience. Familiarity with medical-grade skincare lines. Why Hush?
