ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Half Moon Brow Studio is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our team in Fishers! This is an exciting opportunity for an esthetician who enjoys having autonomy over their schedule while still benefiting from the support, resources, and community of an established studio. Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded esthetician who is confident performing a variety of services and is already experienced in lash extensions, brow laminations, and lash lifts and tints —some of our most requested services at our Fishers location.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This position will be based primarily out of our Fishers studio , with training and onboarding taking place at our new College Avenue studio in downtown Indianapolis . The successful candidate will have significant flexibility in creating their own weekly schedule while maintaining a minimum of 30 bookable hours per week . Schedule Expectations Minimum of 30 bookable hours per week Significant flexibility to build your own schedule Friday afternoons are unavailable for this position Every other Sunday is unavailable due to existing room use

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide exceptional, personalized esthetic services to Half Moon clients, including: Lash extensions Lash lifts and tints Brow laminations Brow shaping, waxing, threading, and tinting Facial and skincare services Body waxing Other esthetic services offered by Half Moon Brow Studio This position does not require experience in Permanent Makeup (PMU). In addition to providing excellent services, our estheticians are expected to: Deliver a warm, welcoming, and professional client experience Build lasting relationships with clients Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Maintain appropriate client notes and records Participate in ongoing training and professional development Recommend appropriate retail and skincare products when beneficial to clients Contribute positively to our collaborative studio environment

Our ideal candidate is: A currently licensed Indiana Esthetician Experienced and confident in performing lash extensions Experienced in brow laminations Experienced in lash lifts and tints Comfortable providing a wide range of esthetic services Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Interested in building and maintaining a loyal clientele Comfortable working independently while remaining part of a collaborative team Committed to continuing education and professional growth

Starting commission:

Pay:

$30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
