Our aesthetic philosophy is centered around refined, natural-looking results, comprehensive treatment planning, and helping patients look like the best version of themselves, not like someone else. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our team. The Position This is not an entry-level injector position . We are looking for an RN, NP, or PA who is already comfortable and confident independently consulting with and treating aesthetic patients. We do not have a specific number of years of experience required. We care much more about your clinical judgment, technical ability, aesthetic eye, patient communication, and the quality of your work. Some mentorship and continued education will absolutely be available, but this position is best suited for an injector who already has a strong clinical foundation and does not require training from the ground up. Clinical Skills Candidates should be comfortable independently evaluating patients, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and performing injectable treatments. Experience with the following is strongly preferred: Neuromodulators Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers Biostimulators Cannula techniques Full-face assessment and facial balancing Recognition, prevention, and management of injectable complications We value clinical judgment and beautiful, natural outcomes over volume-based injecting. What We're Looking For Technical ability matters, but who you are as a teammate matters just as much.
