Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the spa's esthetics department to ensure high-quality service delivery and team success. Provide expert facial and skincare treatments following Hand & Stone protocols. Coach and mentor Estheticians through workshops, hands-on training, and continuing education. Partner with the Spa Manager on scheduling, inventory, and staff certifications. Create personalized, progressive treatment plans aligned with client goals. Achieve individual and team sales goals, promoting memberships and retail products. Ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming spa environment.
Qualifications:
Must have one year experience in a spa setting Active Esthetics License in the state of Indiana. Ability to maintain professional esthetics liability insurance. Proven experience in advanced skincare techniques and client care. Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. Passion for skincare, learning, and helping others look and feel their best.
