This role is ideal for an esthetic professional who is passionate about helping clients improve body confidence through non-invasive cellulite reduction, skin tightening, and body contouring and facial firming treatments . You will be trained to use the T Shape 2 system and will collaborate closely with our clinical leadership team, including Dr. Joseph Anderson and Dr. Jeremy Landry , to recommend customized treatment plans aligned with each client's goals. Position Overview As a Body Contouring Esthetician, you will: Deliver high-quality, results-focused treatments Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients Educate clients on treatment options and expectations Support long-term transformation programs and memberships This is a hands-on clinical role within a fast-growing wellness and aesthetics practice. Key Responsibilities Perform non-invasive body contouring, cellulite reduction, and skin tightening treatments on body and face Operate the T Shape 2 device following training and established protocols Perform T-Shape 2 treatments , including: Bipolar Radiofrequency & Low Level Laser skin tightening Endodermic Vacuum suction-assisted lymphatic drainage Body contouring and post weight loss skin firming protocols Mesosphere- Lymphatic drainage and muscle stimulation treatments Conduct thorough client consultations, including treatment planning and setting realistic expectations Educate clients on the benefits of T-Shape 2, treatment plans, and recommended maintenance Work collaboratively with doctors and staff to align services with client goals Educate clients on treatment progression, home care, and lifestyle support Maintain accurate and compliant treatment notes and documentation Uphold safety, sanitation, and compliance standards Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming clinic environment Upsell packages and memberships ethically based on client needs Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after treatments Qualifications Active Kansas Esthetician License (required) Experience with one or more of the following preferred: Cellulite reduction Radiofrequency skin tightening Body contouring or lymphatic treatments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, compassionate, and client-centered approach Willingness to learn new technologies and protocols Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team Experience with generating sales and package upgrades T Shape 2 training and certification will be provided.
