Responsibilities:

Consultation and Treatment Planning :

Evaluate clients' skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans based on individual needs. Provide expert advice on skincare products, including lotions, facial washes, and moisturizers. Provide top-notch aesthetic services to our valued clients, including facials, peels, and other skincare treatments.

Facials and Skin Treatments :

Perform rejuvenating facials, extractions, and microdermabrasion to moisturize and cleanse the skin.

• Specialize in acne treatments and develop long-term blemish care plans.

Hair Removal Services :

Offer waxing services for unwanted hair removal (eyebrows, bikini, Brazilian) while ensuring client comfort. Execute safe and effective lash lifts for a natural, eye-enhancing effect.

Lash Extensions and Fills :

Apply eyelash extensions to enhance clients' eye appearance. Maintain lash fills to keep lashes looking full and beautiful.

Product Sales :

Educate clients about skincare products and recommendations for home care. Achieve upselling targets by promoting relevant products during treatments. Demonstrate exceptional sales abilities by effectively promoting and selling skincare products and services. Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention

Sanitary Practices and Beauty Tools :

Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for all procedures. Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of beauty and skincare tools.

Qualifications:

Licensed Esthetician :

You must hold a valid esthetician license.

Product Knowledge :

Familiarity with skincare products and their benefits.

Excellent Communication :
