Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various esthetic services and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. This role involves providing high-quality treatments and services to clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, HeadSpa, lasers, microneedling, and dermabrasion. Administer advanced treatments such as SaltFacials, lasers, and microneedling, ensuring client safety and satisfaction.. Conduct add-on massages and other body treatments as requested by clients. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations. Utilize salon software such as Aesthetic Record for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Engage in retail sales by promoting products that enhance client experiences, while also conducting product demos. Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and handling transactions. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide personalized guest services. Participate in social media management to promote services and engage with the community. Experience Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within a med spa or salon environment is preferred. Familiarity with various esthetic techniques including makeup application, lash lifts & tints, brown tinting, laminating, & mapping, color theory, tattooing, and nail care is advantageous But not mandatory Strong management skills with the ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. A background in hospitality is beneficial for creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members alike.
